1. How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account and all associated data directly from the app. Go to User Profile → Professional Settings → Delete Account. The deletion is immediate and does not require approval.
2. Authentication
Before deletion, you will be asked to confirm your identity. For child accounts, the parent or guardian must authorize the deletion through parental controls.
3. What Happens Immediately
Once you confirm deletion, your account is permanently removed. You will be signed out and will no longer be able to log in with the same credentials.
4. What Is Deleted
- All profile, identity, and account metadata.
- All learning records, submissions, progress history, and uploaded content.
- All support conversations and service records linked to your account.
5. Backup Cleanup
After account deletion, any remaining copies in backup systems are purged automatically within up to 30 days.
6. App Store Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions. You must cancel your subscription separately in Google Play or Apple App Store settings.
