1. Request Channels
You can request account and personal data deletion through one of the following channels:
- Email request to hayl.khadhami@gmail.com.
- In-app account support workflow (when available).
2. Information Required
- Registered email address and account identifier.
- Parent or guardian verification for child accounts.
- Deletion scope (full account deletion or specific data request).
3. Verification and Security
We verify request authenticity before deletion to prevent unauthorized account removal. Additional identity checks may be required for high-risk cases.
4. Processing Timeline
Validated requests are typically processed within 30 days unless legal retention obligations require a different timeline.
5. What Is Deleted
- All profile, identity, and account metadata for the deleted user.
- All learning records, submissions, progress history, and uploaded content tied to the account.
- All support conversations and service records linked to that user account.
6. Database and Backup Cleanup
After full account deletion is confirmed, user personal data is removed from the active production database. Backup and replication copies are purged automatically within up to 30 days.
7. App Store Subscriptions
Deleting account data does not automatically cancel subscriptions. Subscription management and cancellation must be completed in Google Play or Apple App Store account settings.
